Mary Kruk | President

Over twenty years of proven Federal business development experience applying winning strategies to DoD, EPA, DHS, USAID, VA, and other Federal agency opportunities with single contract values exceeding $7.5B.  Strong leadership skills formed through military service helped forge a legacy of building from the ground-up divisions and business zones for small and large businesses.  This success is recognized through commendations for marketing vision and consistently ranking top in sales.  With a history of developing key relationships, she has a solid network to form winning teams and obtain industry intelligence. She also has a proven understanding of contract execution requirements through demonstrated experience as a Federal Program Manager with outstanding performance evaluations.

Homa Rizvi, EIT | Associate

Federal Capture Manager and Cost Estimator with specialized experience positioning small businesses in the market. Thorough and current understanding of the requirements, certification processes, and congressional notifications associated with Federal small business designations. Demonstrated experience working with HUBZone Small Businesses, 8(a) SDBs, SDVOSBs and large businesses to leverage small business designation advantages, accelerate growth, and move into new market areas. Through the successful management and marketing of contracts for DoD, EPA, USAID, DLA, and other Federal and government agencies, she has proven experience maximizing contract capacities and meeting contract requirements and performance goals.  Applying her Project Management and Engineering skills, she has assists new Federal contractors with post-award documentation and administrative submittals and provides ongoing QA/QC and engineering support to help achieve outstanding performance evaluations, allowing the contractor to continue to expand their market share.

Lloyd Hinkle, PE | US Army Program Manager

Principal program manager and former US Army officer with over 40 years of engineering, operations and business development experience. His career has included serving in US Army Medical Service Corps leadership positions and managing operations for top ranked ENR global companies. His mission in the private sector has been to manage business development and programs for a variety of construction, mission support, environmental and design opportunities procured by the Federal government. Mr. Hinkle’s success is recognized through industry awards and postings such as The Environmental Business Report (EBR), where he is listed as part of the Client Service A-Team. As stated in the EBR these A-Team performers consistently understand and exceed their customer’s expectations.
